Spx only up 21% this year. RSP up 10.5% this quarter: I m old enough to remember when the RSP negative divergence was a "terrible sign " for the market. Until it resolved itself. New quarter, lets see what is on the Bingo card for negative reinforced viewpoints. Got to be another "overvaluation" chart coming. Can hardly wait.
