Open Question ; how is it that almost every break of offset lines to the downside have created some of the most amazing BUYING chances over the past 18 months? Only to make for Peter to be super bearish each break. And conversely, the BREAKOUT above continuum / offset lines have led to actual PEAKS in prices last 2 months? Is this system just not usable for any momentum ? Other examples: AAPL ,SOXL, IWM,SPX,NDX...all gave muchlower projections as they broke below offset lines. ONLY to turn and have stunning rallies. SOX just went from 4300 to 5280, with a confirmed lower projection/sell signal. Now, its 4770 but if you are short that, youre wiped out.. Thank you in advance for clarity
