I believe Peter has said he believes we are in a bear market. Most of the upside targets have been met I believe besides the NDX. I believe he is stating if we are in bear market we should start down from here. If not then we could be talking about a move to the top again.
I know what he is saying… what I’m saying is that even though we have upside projections for spy, ndx…and no downside projections… he is still in a bearish mind….
