I don’t understand pricing of options but it mentions this has happened since February of 2020🤷♂️

I searched for that article. Interesting charts, like the one showing big surges in the ratio on Wednesday afternoons. Maybe the very last chart is most telling, the put/call chart from small traders is basically just flat!
